IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION - Please read before ordering.

• Delivery - Orders take 3 business days to process and will be shipped after that. UPS ground service is $6.99. UPS 2nd day service is $10.00. We will be happy to go over faster air service options with you.
• Rush service - We do offer a rush service for shipping your order the next business day.
• Cancellation - A 15% service charge will apply if any order is cancelled.
• Returns - Must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase and will not be accepted without authorization. Products must be original and unused and in perfectly saleable condition. Customer error - A 20% restocking fee will apply.
• Damaged items - Be sure to save the original carton. Call our office immediately to report the damage. It is necessary for you to call the carrier immediately, for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement.
• Foreign Orders - All applicable duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping

In the US, a shipping charge of $6.99 will be added for UPS Ground Delivery, or $10.00 for UPS Second Day delivery. Shipping costs for foreign orders will be computed at the time of shipment. If you would like special shipping arrangements, drop us a note.
Please note that ALL APPLICABLE DUTIES, TAXES AND TARIFFS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT.
For your protection and ours, all packages must be signed for at the time of delivery.

International shipping will be by US Mail, unless you make other arrangements. All packages will be registered and have a return receipt. This will protect both you and Swiss Corrective Skin Care. The additional shipping fees will be added to your credit card once we have calculated the weight and postage. You will be informed by e-mail of the addition shipping fee.

FAX / USPS Mail Orders
To order by FAX or mail, simply print out our Fax/Mail Form. Then browse around the site, making note of the items you want. When you are done, just mail in the form with your Bank Check or Money Order. If ordering by FAX, you must include your Credit Card information. Checks cannot be used when FAXing orders.

Phone Orders
To order by phone, you may want to print out our order form just to keep track of the items you want. When you are ready, just give us a call, and we'll take care of the rest.
