- Delivery - Orders take 3 business days to process and will be shipped after that. USPS ground service is $6.99. We will be happy to go over faster air service options with you.
- Rush service - We do offer a rush service for shipping your order the next business day.
- Returns - Must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Just return the unused portion for a full refund.
- Damaged items - Be sure to save the original carton. Call our office immediately to report the damage. It is necessary for you to call the carrier immediately, for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement.
- Foreign Orders - All applicable duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient.

In the US, a shipping charge of $6.99 will be added for USPS Ground Delivery. Shipping costs for foreign orders will be computed at the time of shipment. If you would like special shipping arrangements, include special instructions in your shopping cart.
Please note that ALL APPLICABLE DUTIES, TAXES AND TARIFFS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT.
For your protection and ours, all packages must be signed for at the time of delivery.
International shipping will be by US Mail, unless you make other arrangements. All packages will be registered and have a return receipt. This will protect both you and Swiss Corrective Skin Care. The additional shipping fees will be added to your credit card once we have calculated the weight and postage. You will be informed by e-mail of the addition shipping fee.
